Payment

Prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£) and do not include postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.

The method of payment is Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your purchase, just your credit card. Simply follow the instructions on Paypal when placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is not resolved within 3 days.

Delivery

All products are made and despatched within 7 days of receiving payment using First Class Royal Mail. Worldwide shipping is welcome.

We take great care to package our products for safe transit.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Additional Info

To ensure the quality of your purchase, please follow the care guidelines.
Wash fabrics on a cool cycle. You can machine wash them, but do not tumble dry.
